Hello, my name is Carl Andersen and I love design.
Ever since I was four I’ve been creating things out anything. Of course, I didn't know what an industrial designer was until I was taking a summer course at RISD during my high school years. This is where I witnessed a perfume bottle being made out of finely sanded foam and being meticulously painted. So much process, detail, and expression was being put into this everyday item. This is when I knew I wanted to be a designer... and I’ve been designing ever since.
I am currently the Product Development Lead at Nomadic Display in Metro Washington DC
